A leading <b>public sector Workday customer</b> is seeking an experienced <b>Workday Benefits Lead</b> to guide a full-scale transformation from a legacy HCMS to <b>Workday HCM</b>. This 18-month contract offers hands-on ownership of <b>Workday Benefits</b> configuration, testing, integrations, and deployment.<br><b>About the Role</b><ul><li>Lead the setup and launch of the <b>Workday Benefits</b> module</li><li>Own all configuration, testing, and delivery of <b>Workday Benefits</b> functionality</li><li>Support benefits events, life event processing, and employee onboarding</li><li>Manage integrations between Workday and external Canadian benefits vendors</li><li>Serve as escalation point for complex <b>Workday Benefits</b> and eligibility issues</li></ul><b>Key Requirements</b><ul><li>5+ years of HRIS and requirements management experience</li><li>3+ years working with <b>Workday HCM</b>, especially <b>Workday Benefits</b></li><li>Strong knowledge of Canadian benefits plans and administration</li><li>Hands-on experience with requirements-based testing</li><li>Eligibility for enhanced reliability clearance</li></ul>
