At The Planet Group, we work closely with top-tier clients to match them with experienced Workday consultants like you. Whether you’re already independent or considering a shift into consulting, we regularly have remote contract roles across all Workday workstreams.

We’re especially interested in those with active or previous Workday implementation certifications, solid hands-on configuration experience, and a strong understanding of best practices. If you’ve got 3+ years of Workday experience and can communicate effectively while working autonomously, we want to hear from you.

As a certified staffing partner, we can help you maintain or reinstate your Workday certification—and connect you with meaningful projects that challenge and grow your skills.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Leading or supporting full-cycle Workday implementations across one or more workstreams
  • Configuring and testing Workday modules based on client needs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Providing post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
  • Advising clients on Workday best practices and process improvements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience
  • Active or previous Workday implementation certification in any functional or technical workstream
  • Deep configuration knowledge in your specialty (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Financials, Integrations)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote setting
