One of our clients, a global IT services and consulting firm and Workday partner, is currently looking for a Workday Compensation Consultant to hire on a contract basis.
You will be working to support Workday customers to implement or optimize their Workday Core Compensation / Advanced Compensation solutions including: stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, design and documentation, configuration, and testing etc.
This is a long term 1-2 year contract averaging 40 hours a week and starting ASAP. It is a remote engagement so candidates can be based anywhere in North America.
Workday certifications are strongly preferred. The right candidate with bring strong hands-on Workday configuration skills across Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation, as well as solid communication and client facing experience. Experience leading on at least 2 Workday implementations and/or supporting 3+ clients in AMS model is also required.

๐นWorkday Compensation certifications strongly preferred

๐นStrong communication and consulting skills including discovery sessions, stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering etc
