About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Workday Project Manager to support our growing PULSE support program. The ideal candidate understands Workday methodologies and terminology, is highly organized, and is passionate about providing outstanding service to clients. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that day-to-day client activities are handled efficiently and according to established SLAs, while also helping to guide long-term planning and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Project Management support for all phases of the project including plan, design, configure test, deploy and post go-live support. Also includes support of integrations and data conversion.
- Analyze project and business requirements and translate them into operational work items.
- Work with the customer to manage and prioritize the work queue.
- Work with business stakeholders and BU leadership to understand and meet their business requirements.
- Manage and communicate project status and needs to the customer team including sponsors, management and user levels.

- Build/update/manage a project plan with all the tasks & resources
- Ensure that due dates are communicated to all individuals & they know what they are responsible for.
- Accountable for following up with people to make sure they are on track to complete their deliverables.
- Address issues & bring them up to applicable stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Workday Project Management certification from an official Workday Services Partner (required)
- This individual must have multiple experiences implementing multiple Workday end-to-end projects.
- 4 or more end-to-end implementations.
- 4 years of experience in Workday project management workstream.
- Good understanding of Workday HR suite touchpoints.
- Clear understanding of Workday methodology.
- Expert with supporting implementations.
- Expert in Workday PM/EM roles.
- Not just a doer – must be consultative and client facing.
- Very timely and very responsive.
- Cross functional and touch point knowledge between HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Time, Absence.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading stakeholders and testing participant through strategy and execution.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Must have good planning, presentations, and organization skills.

Work Hours
Full-time (40 hours/week). EMD supports flexible schedules across North America time zones based on team and client needs.
