Executive Consultant – Organizational Design

You will be involved in transformation projects aimed at rethinking the organizational structure within which teams operate. This includes redefining roles, job titles, hierarchical levels, and governance mechanisms to align the structure with the organization’s strategic ambitions.

Strategic Advisory

  • Contribute to complex transformation initiatives by clarifying structures, roles, responsibilities, and governance mechanisms
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics, analyze value chains, operating models, and team dynamics
  • Organizational design architectures aligned with business strategies and the key capabilities to be developed
  • Support management teams in making strategic decisions and adopting new ways of working

Co-construction and Engagement

  • Design and facilitate collaborative workshops to align stakeholders and turn ideas into actionable levers
  • Foster engagement around new structural or functional directions
  • Deliver impactful and structured outputs (models, scenarios, recommendations)

Implementation, Change Management, and Performance Monitoring

  • Deploy the target organizational structure by developing a tailored transition plan and a change management strategy aligned with operational realities
  • Implement support approaches that promote the adoption of new roles, processes, and operating models
  • Monitor implementation progress, measure organizational impacts, and continuously adjust transformation levers

Client Relationship and Business Development

  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships to understand their needs and respond effectively
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the organization
  • Inspire and engage consultants by sharing your expertise and leadership

Contributing to Brand Influence and Organizational Culture

  • Actively participate in working committees and special projects to support business development
  • Design compelling service offerings and write articles to enhance the organization’s visibility
  • Represent the company at strategic networking events
  • Embody and promote our core values – boldness, openness, kindness, and humility – among colleagues and clients

Your profile

You stand out through your:

  • Graduate degree (Master’s level) in Management, Organizational Development, Strategy, or equivalent professional experience
  • Over 5 years of consulting experience, ideally within a consulting firm
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English required for daily interaction and for delivering deliverables to clients operating in bilingual business environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build a solid and lasting professional network
  • Ability to give and receive feedback in a constructive manner
  • Capacity to quickly process large volumes of information and extract key insights from complex analysis
  • Strong focus on quality relationships with both clients and colleagues
  • High-quality work and exemplary management of assigned mandates
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, and sense of accountability
  • Rigor, impeccable work ethic, and professionalism
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong commitment to personal and collective development
  • Proven expertise in facilitating workshops and meetings to accurately gather needs and ensure solution validation
  • Ability to collaborate on multidisciplinary projects and adapt to diverse and demanding client contexts
  • High adaptability and versatility, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in varied environments
  • Comfort with digital environments, collaborative tools, and emerging technologies
