The Opportunity:
We’re adding an Executive Recruiter to our team! In this role you will work with the leading SaaS and Technology Founders across North America to place exceptional Product, Engineering, and Sales talent.
We work primarily with Seed-through-Series C-funded startups that are looking for 10x-multiplier hires.
In this role, you will source quality talent on LinkedIn Recruiter, screen said talent, and create the Candidate Profiles that will make clients say YES.
The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in 3rd-party Recruitment, with a history of exceeding billing targets.
- You have “the gift of gab” and this translates in person, over video, and over the phone.
- Bonus points if you have had exposure to the Software/Technology space.
- You’re able to commute to an office downtown Toronto (Queen & University) at least 1 time per week.
