Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of a SaaS-based Student Information System across multiple institutions. This role involves governance, vendor management, schedule control, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project governance and represent client in steering committees, vendor workshops, and advisory meetings.
  • Maintain project schedule, change logs, and ensure adherence to Statement of Work (SoW).
  • Coordinate centralized and local project teams; define roles and responsibilities.
  • Monitor project status, risks, and expenditures, report to executive committees.
  • Liaise with vendors (Thesis Elements, 3D Solutions) and advocate for solution adjustments.
  • Oversee change order processes and milestone approvals.
  • Support colleges in business process mapping and readiness activities.
  • Facilitate collective business rules, naming conventions, and reporting standards.
  • Provide guidance on technical requirements, enhancements, and data migration strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management for large-scale technology implementations.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong vendor management and governance experience.
  • Familiarity with SaaS implementations and post-secondary sector is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
