Required Qualifications

10–15+ years of SAP delivery leadership; 5–8+ years in Program/Engagement Management for ERP transformations.

Hands-on experience delivering SAP S/4HANA (preferably Greenfield/Brownfield/Selective Data Transition).

Deep functional understanding of OTC, PTP, RTR processes with ability to challenge designs and ensure fit-to-standard.

Proven success managing $5M–$50M+ programs and teams of 50–150+ across SI, client, and partners.

Strong expertise in governance, budgeting, RAID, stage-gates, and executive reporting.

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or IT (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
