We’re seeking a driven Account Executive to capitalize on our momentum – combining inbound lead conversion with aggressive outbound prospecting to fuel our explosive growth.
What You’ll Do
- Generate pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic outreach to financial institutions and corporate prospects
- Convert inbound leads through compelling demos and consultative selling
- Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature
- Build relationships with decision-makers at banks, credit unions, and enterprise clients
- Exceed quota by consistently hitting monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting in HubSpot CRM
What You Bring
- 3+ years high-volume B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong outbound prospecting skills – comfortable making 50+ calls per day and building pipeline from scratch
- Corporate/enterprise sales experience – you know how to navigate complex organizations and long sales cycles
- Drive and determination – we value grit and resilience over industry experience
- Coachable mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in French (preferred)
