Real Estate Operations & Marketing Lead (CEO Assistant)

Location: Vancouver, BC (In-Office Only – Not Remote)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Real Estate Operations & Marketing Lead (CEO Assistant) to work directly with ownership. This hybrid role blends executive support, marketing leadership, and financial operations. It is well suited to an entrepreneurial, hands-on professional who is eager to grow with a nimble and ambitious real estate platform.

This is an in-office position based in Vancouver and is not remote.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies .
  • Create content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials
  • Manage and grow digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, website, etc.)
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook)
  • Analyze performance data using Google Analytics and other tools to optimize results

2. Community Engagement & Event Activation

  • Plan, promote, and manage community events at shopping centres (e.g., multicultural markets, festivals, seasonal activations, live performances)
  • Build relationships with local artists, vendors, non-profits, and cultural organizations
  • Develop outreach initiatives to increase foot traffic and community awareness
  • Represent the company in community meetings and engagement initiatives
  • Align programming with the identity and character of each neighbourhood

3. Financial & Bookkeeping Support

  • Manage basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
  • Prepare documentation and support external accountants (QuickBooks experience is an asset)
  • Assist with monthly income and expense reporting for properties

4. Marketing Operations & Coordination

  • Oversee branding and production of marketing materials
  • Maintain and update websites (WordPress and basic HTML knowledge is an asset)
  • Track campaign expenditures and assist in marketing budget coordination

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Real Estate marketing, event planning, or community engagement
  • Hands-on experience with social media management, and content creation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Experience with bookkeeping or basic financial tracking (real estate experience is an asset)
  • Experience building or working with AI tools, automation, or AI agents is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently within a small, fast-moving team environment

  • Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using platforms such as Canva, WordPress, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Comfortable supporting executives while also managing day-to-day operational tasks
  • Experience in commercial real estate, retail marketing, event planning, or property bookkeeping is a strong asset
