RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Lead new warehouse setup and execution including planning racking/inventory systems, workflow, etc.
● Maintain smooth operations at existing facilities
● Support growth while minimizing risk while ensuring customer-first service levels
● Lead the operational strategy for all North American distribution sites, partnering with the executive team to drive scalable growth, profitability, and service excellence while continuously improving processes and implementing innovative solutions.
● Manage three distribution centers, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and customer service standards are consistently met while optimizing resources, infrastructure, and vendor relationships.
● Own operational budgets, track performance metrics, implement cost controls, and partner with the CFO to ensure financial alignment without compromising service quality.
● Lead, mentor, and empower warehouse and operations teams, driving accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and adoption of new systems, processes, and technology to foster operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS/MUST HAVES:
● Experience overseeing multi-site distribution and 3PL facilities, ensuring efficient warehouse flow, set-up, etc.
● Fully bilingual French/ English
● Energetic, dynamic, able to work in a fast-paced environment
● Must be willing to travel within Quebec & USA
