Job Overview:
Europro is looking for an experienced Sr. Executive Assistant & Business Manager to support the company’s President and Co-Founder. This is a unique, high-impact role designed for someone who wants to be immersed in every aspect of a growing commercial real estate business. At Europro, we pride ourselves on being nimble, creative, and deeply connected to our assets and communities.
In this position, you will be more than a manager of schedules; you will be a driver of the day-to-day business. You will act as the “connective tissue” between our corporate office and our site teams, ensuring that projects in construction, operations, leasing, property management, and more, stay on track and are being delivered to the “Europro Standard.” This is an opportunity to be a leader within the company, ensuring we operate at our highest capacity.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Attend all meetings alongside the President with internal and external stakeholders
- Produce meeting minutes that lead into actionable items and hold teams accountable for their deliverables
- Act as a sophisticated bridge between the President and all departments, ensuring the President is briefed and informed for all key decision-making
- Identify opportunities to standardize processes across the company, ensuring Europro’s high standards for quality and professionalism are showcased in every report, presentation, and project
- Monitor the status of ongoing construction work, leasing activity, and property management initiatives; assist with the assessment, budget management, and timely delivery of million-dollar capital projects while proactively flagging roadblocks or pertinent updates.
- Utilize expert-level Excel skills to transform complex financial data and project trackers into digestible, executive-level summaries that drive faster decision-making for the President
- Prepare and edit high-level documents, reports, and presentations; handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Manage and maintain the President’s schedule, including appointments, conference calls, and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements by booking flights, hotels, and other ground transportation
- Travel to site offices will be required to ensure operational alignment
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Business Manager, ideally supporting C-level executives
- A proactive, “no task too big or too small” attitude with the ability to think three steps ahead of the President’s needs
- Exceptional organizational skills and the grit to follow up with various team members to ensure company deadlines are met
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact warmly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels, from site contractors to institutional investors
- A solid understanding of the commercial real estate landscape, including an ability to understand leasing terms, construction timelines, and property operations
- Proven experience managing and auditing budgets for large-scale commercial real estate or construction projects
- Expert use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management software is considered a strong asset
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the President’s office
