Role Description

This is a full-time in office role located in the Richmond hill, Canada. The Executive Assistant will support senior executives by managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing presentations. Responsibilities include handling expense reports, maintaining administrative systems, organizing travel arrangements, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. The role is vital in enabling smooth operations and supporting executive decision-making within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Experience managing Expense Reports and offering Executive Support
  • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with office software and tools, including scheduling and document management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in the finance or mortgage industry is desirable
