The Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee global clinical operations across Phase I–III trials. You will move beyond day-to-day delivery into a role that combines ownership, leadership, and visibility, ensuring studies are delivered efficiently while contributing to broader business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global study operations including timelines, budgets, and vendor oversight
  • Take ownership of operational strategy and execution across multiple programs
  • Collaborate directly with executive leadership on portfolio and development decisions
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges while ensuring delivery to key milestones
  • Represent the organisation externally with confidence and authority

Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience within a CRO environment
  • Strong experience managing global Phase I–III trials
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Dermatology and Rheumatology
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Looking to step into a role with greater visibility, ownership, and career progression

Additional Strengths

  • Experience within small to mid-size CRO environments
  • Exposure to global, multi-region studies
  • Advanced scientific or life sciences degree preferred
