JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join a high-growth IT services company specializing in backup and disaster recovery solutions. This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope, while aligning expectations across both internal teams and clients. Projects may include new service implementations, disaster recovery testing, service migrations, amendments, and offboarding. This is a high-impact role where the Project Manager will drive execution, coordinate stakeholders, and proactively mitigate risks while also contributing to internal process improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and align project scope with internal teams and external clients
  • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, task ownership, and dependencies
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope
  • Provide regular status updates, including progress, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Proactively identify risks, delays, and misalignments, and escalate when necessary
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal processes, including CRM management.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management within IT services, cloud, infrastructure, or technology environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Proven ability to drive projects to completion and resolve issues proactively
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and execution skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Trello, HubSpot)

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)
  • Experience building or improving processes in a growing organization
  • Exposure to backup, disaster recovery, or IT infrastructure environments

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually
