The resource will provide analytical and data support for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Marketing Analytics initiative, helping strengthen the quality, usability, and governance of marketing data used for campaigns, reporting, and decision-making. The role will work closely with business and technical teams to analyze data sources, validate structures, identify quality issues, and support trusted analytics and governance practices within the SFMC environment.
Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business and data requirements, profiling datasets, defining business rules, supporting data validation and issue resolution, and helping align stakeholders on priorities and deliverables. The resource will also contribute to governance, reporting, and process improvement activities to ensure marketing data is accurate, consistent, and well-documented.
