Rate: CAD 45/hr to CAD 55/hr

What you’ll need to succeed
- Successfully filling critical and leadership roles with top-tier talent
- Building robust pipelines for future leadership needs
- Acting as a strategic partner to leadership in workforce planning
- Leveraging proactive sourcing to reduce time-to-fill for niche role
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on corporate or leadership hiring
- Agency experience is an asset, especially with demonstrated headhunting success
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for senior, leadership, or specialized roles
- Strong experience in direct sourcing, executive search, and talent mapping
- Experience working with corporate functions (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.)
- Familiarity with U.S. market dynamics and employment regulations is required
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) is an asset
