Rate: CAD 45/hr to CAD 55/hr

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Successfully filling critical and leadership roles with top-tier talent
  • Building robust pipelines for future leadership needs
  • Acting as a strategic partner to leadership in workforce planning
  • Leveraging proactive sourcing to reduce time-to-fill for niche role
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on corporate or leadership hiring
  • Agency experience is an asset, especially with demonstrated headhunting success
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for senior, leadership, or specialized roles
  • Strong experience in direct sourcing, executive search, and talent mapping
  • Experience working with corporate functions (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.)
  • Familiarity with U.S. market dynamics and employment regulations is required
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) is an asset
