Shipping & Customer Service Coordinator
📍Location: Montreal, QC
💼Type: Full-time, M-F, on-site
💰Salary: CAD $55,000–$65,000 + group insurance
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Customer Service Coordinator to support order fulfillment, customer communication, and logistics operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor customer orders from entry through delivery
- Coordinate shipments with carriers and freight providers
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and issue resolution
- Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, and returns
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and order management systems
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Prepare shipping documentation and operational reports as required
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or shipping coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems
Preferred
- Experience in fashion, apparel, footwear, or consumer goods
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Blue Cherry or similar)
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes
