Shipping & Customer Service Coordinator

📍Location: Montreal, QC

💼Type: Full-time, M-F, on-site

💰Salary: CAD $55,000–$65,000 + group insurance

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Customer Service Coordinator to support order fulfillment, customer communication, and logistics operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor customer orders from entry through delivery
  • Coordinate shipments with carriers and freight providers
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and issue resolution
  • Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, and returns
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP and order management systems
  • Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Prepare shipping documentation and operational reports as required

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or shipping coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems

Preferred

  • Experience in fashion, apparel, footwear, or consumer goods
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Blue Cherry or similar)
  • Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes
