Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-driven Property Administrator to support a commercial real estate portfolio in Edmonton. This role provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Property Management team and plays a key role in maintaining strong tenant relationships and efficient building operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a main point of contact for tenant inquiries and day-to-day requests
  • Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and tenant communications
  • Support rent administration including tracking, calculations, and collections
  • Assist with budgets, financial reporting, and data entry
  • Coordinate vendors, maintenance activities, and purchase orders
  • Maintain tenant records, insurance documentation, and building files
  • Support lease administration, tenant chargebacks, and utility reconciliations
  • Assist with vacancy management, amenities, and building operations
  • Collaborate with property management and accounting teams

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience (property management experience preferred)
  • Post-secondary education required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with property management systems (e.g., Yardi) is an asset
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
