Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-driven Property Administrator to support a commercial real estate portfolio in Edmonton. This role provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Property Management team and plays a key role in maintaining strong tenant relationships and efficient building operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a main point of contact for tenant inquiries and day-to-day requests
- Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and tenant communications
- Support rent administration including tracking, calculations, and collections
- Assist with budgets, financial reporting, and data entry
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance activities, and purchase orders
- Maintain tenant records, insurance documentation, and building files
- Support lease administration, tenant chargebacks, and utility reconciliations
- Assist with vacancy management, amenities, and building operations
- Collaborate with property management and accounting teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience (property management experience preferred)
- Post-secondary education required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with property management systems (e.g., Yardi) is an asset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
