Senior Project Manager – CRM & Digital Transformation (Financial Services)

About the Role

Solutions Metrix is a North American CRM consulting firm delivering digital transformation programs for banks and credit unions across Canada and the United States. We implement and integrate digital transformation projects for financial institutions managing billions in assets.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full project delivery – budget, schedule, scope, quality, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-liv
  • Lead client-facing governance: status reporting, escalation management, executive stakeholder alignment, and difficult conversations when projects go off trac
  • Build and maintain project plans covering objectives, technologies, timelines, resources, and risk strategie
  • Run risk assessments and develop proactive mitigation strategies before issues become escalation
  • Manage the transition from signed contract to delivery team, fast, clean, and according to established proces
  • Oversee bi-weekly invoicing reports to ensure accurate client billin
  • Coach and mentor delivery team members on PM best practices and current processe
  • Negotiate with stakeholders and vendors to secure the resources needed for successful deliver
  • Establish governance and reporting structures across the project portfoli
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation in Confluence and JIR

What We’re Looking For: Must-Have

  • 8+ years of project management experience in IT or technology consultin
  • Proven track record managing CRM implementation projects end-to-en
  • Direct experience with financial services clients – banks, credit unions, or insuranc
  • Strong client-facing presence: led executive stakeholder conversations, managed escalations, and delivered difficult news professionall
  • Hands-on with Atlassian Confluence and JIR
  • Professional-level English, written and verba

Strong Advantage

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certificatio
  • Experience with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Creatio)
  • Bilingual French and Englis
