Enhance equipment reliability with Liberty Tire Recycling as a Maintenance Planner. Drive maintenance initiatives, manage CMMS, and optimize asset performance in an onsite role.<br/><br/>As a Maintenance Planner at Liberty Tire Recycling, you will lead planning and scheduling efforts, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve asset performance. Your analytical skills will help identify trends and implement long-term solutions for equipment reliability.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and optimize FIIX for maintenance tracking
• Build asset hierarchies and job plans within CMMS
• Monitor PM compliance and key performance indicators
• Collaborate to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 3+ years in maintenance planning or reliability engineering
• Experience with preventive maintenance program development
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment and best practices
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
