You will navigate complex project requirements, ensuring complete and accurate estimates for bids. Your ability to analyze contract documents and develop effective win strategies will play a vital role in our projects success.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Support the estimating process for project launches
• Lead development of win strategies for proposals
• Perform comprehensive analysis of project specifications
• Conduct quantity take-offs and manage trade partner bidding
• Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• 8+ years estimating experience in construction
• Familiarity with key contracts like CCDC and CCA
• Strong computer skills including estimating software
