In this senior role, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners and Operations to implement scalable, cost-effective recruitment practices. Your leadership will foster a culture of development among recruiters and focus on compliance with employment legislation.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Lead national recruitment strategies using market insights
• Coach and mentor a team of recruiters daily
• Build relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers
• Contribute to enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition initiatives
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal standards<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or Business Administration
• Proficient in Workday ATS or similar systems
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
