Lead health transformation as Executive Director, Northern Region at the First Nations Health Authority. Drive community-driven solutions and improve health outcomes for First Nations communities in BC.<br/><br/>As a visionary and strategic leader, you will provide executive leadership to advance First Nations health and wellness through FNHA. This role requires a focus on guiding diverse teams and delivering operational supports that enhance community well-being. Collaborate closely with First Nations, regional health authorities, and FNHA leaders to champion innovative partnerships and strengthen service delivery.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive leadership for regional health programs
• Guide diverse teams to improve health outcomes
• Foster partnerships with First Nations and health authorities
• Implement community-driven health transformation initiatives
• Drive regional and provincial health priorities<br/><br/>Requirements:
• University Degree in relevant field or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in leading health operations
• Significant experience in strategic leadership
• Community engagement with First Nations/Aboriginal people
