• Lead legal strategy for mergers and acquisitions
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and policies
• Oversee governance frameworks for corporate compliance
• Advise on global data privacy laws and updates
• Manage relationships with external legal stakeholders<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 5+ years as in-house counsel in a tech context
• Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• Member in good standing with the Law Society
• Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law
