Lead impactful water technology projects as a Regional Services Manager with Xylem in Canada. Oversee AMI, Smart Grid, and distribution projects, focusing on performance and innovation.<br/><br/>Xylem is seeking a Regional Services Manager to guide a multidisciplinary team across Canada. This role requires expertise in project management and technical leadership while ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement in service delivery and team capabilities.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee AMI, Smart Grid, and utility projects
• Lead and mentor Project Managers and Engineers
• Ensure project completion on-time and within budget
• Drive performance improvements in service delivery
• Maintain strong customer relations and technical support<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Computer Science
• 8+ years in project management or field service
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in utility distribution services
