Become a Claims Team Lead at Sedgwick, focused on Workers Compensation in a hybrid environment in Roseville, CA. You will supervise examiners, offer jurisdictional guidance, and monitor claim activities for accuracy. Your expertise will help manage high-exposure cases efficiently, contributing to ongoing process improvements and maintaining strong client relationships.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise teams of examiners and manage workflows
• Provide technical adjudication guidance and reserves analyses
• Act as a second-level appeals authority for claims
• Identify and advise on claims trends and improvements
• Ensure documentation and coding accuracy by examiners<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 6 years of claims experience, including 2 years supervisory
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree advantageous
• CA self-insured certification and licensing required
