About the Position:

Europro is seeking a professional and personable Administrative Assistant to join our property management team at North American Centre located at 5650 and 5700 Yonge Street, Toronto. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for the property, managing front desk reception and providing essential support to the management office. You will balance daily operational tasks, such as processing invoices and managing access cards, with active participation in tenant engagement and onsite activations. We are looking for a highly organized individual with an outgoing personality who wants to bring excellent energy to the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk reception, greeting visitors, tenants, and vendors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including vendor communication and general property administration duties.
  • Process accounts payable (AP) invoices and maintain all related administrative documentation.
  • Issue parking passes and program building access cards for tenants and visitors.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of tenant engagement initiatives, onsite events, and programming.
  • Support the property management team with ad hoc projects and professional tenant communications.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in administration, customer service, hospitality, or office coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional presentation and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience with events or brand activations is considered a strong asset.
