Must Haves
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management with recent experience as a Delivery Lead/Manager
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, and ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, release management, and enterprise SDLC processes.
- Experience working within financial technology environments.
- Strong exposure to Agile environments
- Exposure to digital platforms, customer-facing applications, and personal and business banking systems.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working in large banking environments.
- Direct experience supporting personal and business banking initiatives.

The ideal candidate has experience in digital banking environments and understands the complexities of personal and business banking platforms within a regulated, enterprise setting.
