This includes managing inventory, enhancing customer service, and driving a positive team culture among 15 operations staff. Your objective will be to improve performance continuously while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and coach branch employees effectively
• Manage daily operations, inventory, and warehousing
• Ensure a safe, high-performing work environment
• Analyze branch performance and profitability metrics
• Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 10+ years of management experience in branch operations
• Proven record of driving team performance
• Strong skills in finance and problem-solving
• Experience in Lean Operations or Six Sigma preferred
