Join Tech Mahindra as a Business System Analyst in Brampton, ON, and support the Connected Home portfolio. This hybrid role demands strong analytical abilities and extensive experience in software development in both Agile and Waterfall environments.<br/><br/>As an Analyst, you will create detailed specifications and lead JAD sessions while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders. Your role includes supporting solution delivery and post-implementation assessments, ensuring quality communication across diverse audiences. A solid understanding of UML and connected home technologies is preferred.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Create functional and design specifications for user requirements
• Influence solution design in line with business strategy
• Lead collaborative sessions with product stakeholders
• Oversee Development and QA for agile program delivery
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and impact assessments<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst
• Experience with service-oriented architectures
• Necessary knowledge in UML diagramming
