Job Title – Business Continuity Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Continuity Coordinator to support business continuity planning, disaster recovery testing, and risk control activities within a fast-paced operations and technology environment. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity plans are accurate, compliant, and effectively tested.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities
  • Execute Disaster Recovery (DR) and continuity testing exercises
  • Conduct notification and alternate work area testing
  • Perform BCP walkthroughs and validation reviews
  • Support internal and external audit requests related to BCP controls
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with enterprise standards
  • Manage multiple deliverables and timelines effectively
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Business Continuity Planning and/or Disaster Recovery
  • Understanding of risk management and control concepts
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good business acumen and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
