• Offer legal counsel to Indigenous governments on governance and policy
• Assist in negotiating Government-to-Government Agreements
• Guide clients through consultation processes on major projects
• Collaborate with Indigenous businesses on governance and compliance
• Conduct due diligence for commercial real estate transactions<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Law degree with 3-6 years of legal practice
