Role Overview

We are hiring two senior Business Program Managers to lead high-visibility initiatives within Commercial Banking Payments. These roles will own complex, enterprise-wide programs from initiation through delivery, partnering closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors across Canada and the U.S.

One role focuses on Payments APIs, while the other supports Intraday Liquidity, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced banking program leaders who thrive in fast-paced, executive-facing environments.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering complex projects and programs
• Senior Program/Project Manager experience within Commercial Banking
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar ($3M+) enterprise programs
• Strong background reporting into business stakeholders and working with external vendors
• Executive-level communication and presentation experience
• Ability to manage programs end-to-end (cradle to grave)
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-deadline environments

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Payments infrastructure experience (EFT, ACH, wire systems)
• API integration and onboarding framework experience
• Recent experience running Intraday Liquidity programs
• Cross-border (Canada / U.S.) program delivery exposure
• Experience supporting large-scale payments transformation initiatives
