Campaign Manager, Fulfillment & Analytics
12 month contract, possibility of extensions
Hybrid: Downtown Toronto 6 days a month (every Tuesday and every second Friday)
Hourly Rate: 70-78/hour depending on relative experience
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–8 years of experience in data analytics and campaign analytics
• 5-8 years hands-on experience with:
• SAS (Enterprise Guide) – advanced, code-based usage (not GUI-only)
• SQL – very strong proficiency
• Proven experience supporting end-to-end campaign execution (targeting, deployment, measurement). Must be 100% end to end campaign management.
• Experience working with customer and campaign datasets
• Ability to confidently engage and communicate with business partners and stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in banking or financial services strongly preferred
Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Campaign Analytics & Execution to support end-to-end campaign delivery within a Private Wealth environment. This role will focus on campaign development, execution, and performance analysis, leveraging strong technical expertise in SAS and SQL along with the ability to partner closely with business stakeholders.
This is an ideal opportunity for a strong individual contributor or emerging people leader with hands-on campaign analytics experience in a data-rich, enterprise environment. The sweet spot is someone who is an extremely strong individual contributor or has managed 1-2 people.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end campaign development and execution, including planning, data extraction, deployment, and performance measurement
• Perform pre- and post-campaign analysis to generate actionable insights and optimize future initiatives
• Work with large and complex datasets using SAS (Enterprise Guide) and SQL to drive campaign targeting and reporting
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate campaign objectives into analytical solutions and communicate findings clearly
• Support multiple concurrent BAU and ad-hoc campaign requests in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to the standardization and improvement of campaign processes, reporting, and documentation
