You’ll provide technical guidance, manage project budgets, schedules, and ensure the quality of deliverables. This position also includes collaborating with clients and participating in marketing activities to promote CDM Smith’s services.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Project Manager for major water and wastewater initiatives
• Mentor engineering staff to improve design capabilities
• Monitor project scope, budget, and schedules
• Complete quality assurance on key project deliverables
• Build relationships with decision-makers in client organizations<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of related industry experience
• Required PMP, CCM, or DBIA certification within the first year
• Proficient in project planning and management tools
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
