Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prepare Canadian immigration applications from start to finish (Work Permits, Study Permits, Permanent Residence, etc.).
  • Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients and provide clear, personalized guidance.
  • Review, verify, and organize client documentation with high accuracy.
  • Draft correspondence with immigration authorities (explanation letters, requests, emails, etc.).
  • Prepare service agreements, invoices, and maintain accurate records in our case management system.
  • Track deadlines, manage multiple active files, and provide exceptional, empathetic client service throughout the process.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Active membership in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body (CICC).
  • College diploma in Immigration Studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Canadian Immigration Consultant.
  • Mandatory Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strongly Desired Languages: Fluency in Spanish and/or French (spoken and written) is a strong asset!
  • Quebec Certified Consultant status is an optional plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
