Your responsibilities include overseeing financial strategy, compliance, and operations while navigating complex healthcare regulations. Collaborate with the NNCI President and other leaders to ensure the affiliate’s mission is effectively executed.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee NNCI’s P&L and financial strategy
• Ensure compliance with Canadian tax laws and regulations
• Provide strategic direction for Finance, Supply Chain, and IT
• Liaise with key stakeholders including auditors and logistics providers
• Lead and develop a diverse finance team<br/><br/>Requirements:
• University degree in Finance or Accounting and CPA/CA designation
• 10+ years in leadership roles in pharmaceutical or related industries
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
• Proven ability to engage with executives and external partners
