Join Aviva Canada as the Senior Manager of Change Delivery to lead portfolio change initiatives. Ensure strategic impacts through robust governance and streamlined planning processes.<br/><br/>In this role, you will manage Change Delivery within Aviva’s central Transformation team. You will engage with stakeholders to drive effective governance, empower decision-making, and mitigate risks across the Change Portfolio. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in change management and portfolio governance, with at least five years in leadership.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the evolution of governance and assurance practices
