Ahria Consulting is delighted to be partnering with Community Services Coordination Network (CSCN), in their search for a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

About CSCN

CSCN coordinates access to services for adults with developmental disabilities and children/youth with complex needs – including Children’s Services, Developmental Services Ontario – South West Region, and the Passport Program.

CSCN doesn’t deliver direct service – it empowers access. Guided by values of respect, dignity, inclusion, collaboration, and advocacy, CSCN helps individuals and families thrive through connection, opportunity, and information.

Key Responsibilities

Set the Vision: Lead CSCN’s strategic plan and champion innovation to meet evolving community needs.

Strengthen Governance: Collaborate with the Board to ensure transparency, alignment, and ethical leadership.

Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, risk management, and policy development.

Ensure Financial Integrity: Lead budgeting, reporting, and stewardship of public funds.

Build System Connectivity: Forge partnerships, advocate for families, and elevate CSCN’s regional impact.

Purpose of the Role

What You Bring

  • A university degree (or equivalent experience) in leadership, business administration, developmental services, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership in nonprofit, public health, community care, developmental or human services.
  • Proven experience with Board of Directors, governance, and complex funding environments.
  • Strategic planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement expertise.
