About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key member of the Leadership Team, responsible for the day-to-day financial and operational functions. This includes financial management tasks such as analyzing and presenting financial reports, leading the annual audit process, and overseeing budgeting and planning. The CFO will also be involved in financial administration, driving initiatives for operational excellence, and ensuring adherence to rules and procedures. The role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance leadership role within a not-for-profit organization, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a CPA designation. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
