In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and developing all activities related to the dealership’s financial services, while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>Develop and implement financial strategies aimed at increasing sales of financial products and services.<br/><br/>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies.<br/><br/>Work closely with sales teams to identify and propose financing solutions tailored to customer needs.<br/><br/>Train, mentor, and support staff on financial products and best sales practices.<br/><br/>Analyze financial performance and produce reports for management, including trends and opportunities for improvement.<br/><br/>Manage and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners to optimize financing offers.<br/><br/>Required Qualifications:<br/><br/>At least two years of experience in management or financial services, ideally in the automotive industry.<br/><br/>Excellent knowledge of financial products and sales techniques.<br/><br/>Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<br/><br/>Strong skills in<br/><br/>communication and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/>Proven team player with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop talent.<br/><br/>Job type: Full-time
