Build, optimize, and scale operational infrastructure that supports excellence. Partner closely with the CEO during the transition period, then take the lead. A proven track record of driving growth , expanding markets, or scaling ventures. You’ve always been a natural connector — through school, in the community, and across every organization you’ve been part of. Comfort and credibility at the executive level — you speak the language of leaders. Experience in the professional services industry is an asset. You understand calculated risk — thinking big, while executing smart.
