Become the Chief of Staff at HelloFresh Canada, partnering directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and organizational growth. Your expertise will guide strategic prioritization, cross-functional collaboration, and business planning across local and global markets. You are expected to refine processes, optimize efficiency, and improve organizational design for long-term success.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Act as strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team
• Organize quarterly and annual business planning processes
• Oversee office strategy and real estate procurement
• Design improvements to organizational structure
• Champion HelloFresh’s values through all operations<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years in fast-growth companies or consulting
• Exceptional analytical and systems thinking skills
• Proven experience consulting with senior leaders
