Role Description
This is a full-time Administrative Assistant role located on-site in Edmonton and Sherwood Park, AB at Bridgeway Connection Services. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications with proper etiquette, handling clerical tasks, and assisting with executive administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field
