A well-established, nationally recognized organization is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its Commercial Claims team. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive performance, mentor talent, and shape the future of a dynamic claims operation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and inspire a team of Supervisors and Adjusters handling commercial casualty claims
  • Provide hands-on coaching, guidance, and technical expertise to support effective claims handling
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence and timely file management
  • Monitor key performance metrics, including file pendings and operational efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing workflows, systems, and processes
  • Support reserve adequacy through ongoing coaching and file oversight
  • Play a key role in hiring, onboarding, and developing top talent
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide meaningful, ongoing feedback
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex claims and client concerns
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service delivery

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience handling Commercial Casualty claims
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
  • CIP designation (or near completion) with the ability to obtain licensing across Canada
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on service excellence and client satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working with data, metrics, and evolving systems
