Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale healthcare transformation initiative involving enterprise Clinical Information Systems (CIS) and digital modernization.

Location: Remote (Canada)

Duration: 2-Year Contract (with possible extensions)

Travel: Occasional travel (approximately twice per year)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead business analysis activities for large-scale healthcare transformation projects

✅ Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and technical requirements

✅ Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions with clinical, operational, and technical teams

✅ Perform business process analysis, workflow mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments

✅ Prepare business cases, use cases, functional specifications, and technical documentation

✅ Support CIS implementation, integration, and downstream application readiness

✅ Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle

Mandatory Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related discipline

✔ 5+ years of Business Analysis experience on large-scale healthcare and/or government transformation initiatives

✔ 3+ years working directly with clinical stakeholders (physicians, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, diagnostic imaging, etc.)

✔ Strong experience with requirements elicitation, workflow analysis, stakeholder management, and documentation

✔ Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ Experience with Clinical Information Systems (CIS) implementations or healthcare digital transformation initiatives

⭐ Experience with downstream clinical applications (Laboratory, Pharmacy, Diagnostic Imaging, Registration, Scheduling, Nursing, etc.)

⭐ CBAP, PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications

⭐ Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
